An evening kitchen table with a laptop, school papers, a cup of tea and a phone

Well Noted · The IEP and 504 record keeper for parents

Walk into the IEP meeting with the record.

Well Noted turns your emails, files and notes into one dated record, every line tied to its source. Then it builds the documents you bring to the table.

The problem

You hold the evidence. It's just everywhere.

Emails in Gmail, ParentSquare messages, photos, scanned reports, notes on your phone, and what you remember at 11 pm.

The school holds the official file, and it is thin on anything that went wrong. Meetings tend to go to whoever has the cleaner record.

How it works

Four steps from scattered files to a meeting ready record.

01

Capture

Bring in what you already have

Connect Gmail or a folder, upload PDFs and photos, or log something in 30 seconds from your phone.

02

Organize

You approve every entry

Well Noted proposes dated entries. You accept, merge or discard each one. Nothing goes in without your tap.

03

Fill the gaps

Questions, not guesses

Missing dates and names become short questions, not guesses.

04

Prepare

Documents for the table

Generate your concerns statement, chronology, meeting prep sheet and written request letters. Every sentence links to its source.

What you get

Everything you bring to the meeting, built from one record.

Chronology

Date, what happened, who was told, how the school responded, and the source.

Parent concerns statement

Written for the IEP packet, in your words, backed by your record.

Meeting prep sheet

The agenda, your top asks, and the questions to expect.

Written request letters

Records, evaluation and incident report requests, each dated and tracked.

Request tracker

Every written request starts a response clock.

Advocate review

Invite your advocate to review the same record before anything goes out.

What makes it different

Well Noted writes from the record, not from memory.

It writes only what your record supports, shows the source, and marks the rest as unconfirmed.

Generic AI chat

Writes a nice letter from memory.

No sources, no dates you can check, and no way to tell what it made up.

Well Noted

Writes from the record.

Every sentence links to its source. Anything the record can't support is marked unconfirmed.

Your data, your call

Your child's record belongs to you.

  • You own your record Delete it anytime.
  • Your files are never used to train AI models
  • Read only access Only to the sources you pick.

FAQ

Questions parents ask first.

Is this legal advice?

No. Well Noted is an information and organization tool. It does not give legal advice and does not create an attorney client relationship.

Does it work outside Georgia?

IEPs and 504 plans are federal, so the record works anywhere. We start in Georgia and add state specifics over time.

Will the school see my workspace?

No. The school only sees what you choose to export and send yourself.

What if I don't have Gmail?

Upload files and photos, or log entries by hand.

Can my spouse or co parent join?

Yes, invite them to the same record.
